We are seeking highly motivated individuals who have a passion for sales and personal interaction and an interest in the potential to earn a very high level of income. The job involves selling and leasing flex, industrial, and investment properties and adaptive re-use sites throughout New England. Your knowledge of the market, excellent customer service skills, and ability to negotiate deals will be essential in this role. This is a commission-based role.

Initially, the new broker will work directly with Stubblebine Founders/Principals and other Senior Brokers on selling and leasing transactions and other initiatives, and will gain in-depth market experience in property valuations, sales, and lease comparable, and industry trends. Ultimately, new brokers will use tools, leads, and resources provided to develop their own clients and deals.

· Prospecting and generating new corporate tenant and buyer clients.

· Showing properties, preparing proposals, and negotiating transactions

· Point person for corporate, and non-corporate, clients regarding sale and/or lease of client assets

· Maintaining positive relationships with TSC team and clients to ensure high level of satisfaction.

· Provide ad hoc analytical support to all business clients, as required.

· Participate in presentations and preparation of proposals for existing and potential clients.

· Negotiate lease agreements and contracts on behalf of clients.

· Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations.

· A minimum of one year of sales experience required.

· 4-year bachelor’s degree required

· A passion for sales and interacting with people and an interest in real estate.

· In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends

· Self-starter who thrives in competitive, high-energy environments

· Documented track record of ability to sell.

· Display academic, practical (i.e., “common sense”) and emotional (EQ) intelligence.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, experience dealing with customers.

· Hard working and diligent with ability to effectively work independently.

· Uncompromising integrity and ethical standards in all professional and personal endeavors
